Oxford City Stars, Oxfordshire's premier professional ice hockey team, is thrilled to announce the return of local talent Josh Oliver for the upcoming 2023/2024 season. Josh "Jolly" Oliver's signing marks a significant moment for the team and the local ice hockey community, as he rejoins the roster after showcasing his exceptional skills and dedication to his home town club as one of the teams longest serving players.

Born and raised in Oxfordshire, Josh Oliver's passion for ice hockey was nurtured on the very rinks where he will now proudly wear the Oxford City Stars jersey once again. As one of the strongest and smartest centermen in Division one, his signature was crucial for Simons Anderson's squad this coming season
