Forward Joe Edwards has re-signed for the Oxford City Stars.
The 31-year-old has spent most of his career at his home-town club, scoring more than 140 goals for the Stars.
Edwards said: “I’m looking forward to getting back to it with the team under Dean’s direction after a long time off season.
“It will be a great night when we finally get on the ice for the first time in front of all the fans. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone and picking up where we left off.”
Head Coach Dean Birrell said: “Joe is an experienced player and an important part of the squad. I am looking forward to working with him and helping him deliver a big season.”
RJS Waste, a waste management specialist company based in Oxfordshire and Sussex, is sponsoring Edwards this season.
