BRAD WATCHORN RETURNS TO OXFORD CITY STARS, AS WE SAY THANK YOU AND GOODBYE TO TOM BANNER

Oxford City Stars is thrilled to announce the return of fan-favorite Brad Watchorn to the squad this week. Following a short, but impactful season with the City Stars last year, Watchorn is set to rekindle his dynamic presence on the ice, having overcome personal challenges that temporarily led him away from the sport.

Watchorn's previous stint with the Oxford City Stars showcased his exceptional skills as a point-per-game player, leaving a lasting impression on teammates and fans alike. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, he had to step away from the game temporarily. Now, with renewed vigor and determination, Watchorn is ready to contribute and help propel the Stars up the league table.

Commenting on Watchorn's return, Shane Moore expressed excitement about the comeback: "We are delighted to welcome Brad back into the fold. His impact on the team and the league was evident last season, and we have no doubt that his return will add a significant boost to our performance on the ice."

Watchorn's return marks a pivotal moment for the Oxford City Stars, as they look to climb the league standings with an eye on success in the current season. His skills, dedication, and positive influence in the locker room are anticipated to be valuable assets for the team. At the same time, we wish to express our gratitude to Tom Banner, who has left the club with immediate affect with a mutual decision between club and player. Tom joined the club this season from Basingstoke Bison in the National League, and we appreciate his efforts with the Stars. We feel now is the time as a club to be making some changes, and have another two announcemounts to come out this week, and some more irons in the fire!

Brad Watchorn is eager to resume his journey with the Oxford City Stars and is committed to making a meaningful contribution to the team's success. He had this to say about his return: "After some personal issues last year I am read to get back on the ice and looking to make an immediate impact. Stand by, I am ready to go!" The entire organisation is thrilled to have him back and looks forward to witnessing his on-ice prowess once again.
